Questions clients ask us
Is 7 days really enough?
For the projects we take on, yes. We agree the exact scope on day one. If something truly needs longer, such as a large custom platform, we tell you before you pay and deliver it in 7-day releases.
What does the free year of maintenance include?
Bug fixes, security and dependency updates, uptime checks and small content changes for 12 months after launch, at no cost. New features are quoted separately.
How does the 24/7 helpline work?
Call or WhatsApp us at any hour, any day, and a real person answers. Urgent problems, like a site that is down or payments that fail, are handled first.
Can I try your work before deciding?
Yes. Open the live demo from a project page and try it yourself. Ask us if you would like to see an admin panel too.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the project is paid, the full source code, design files and accounts are handed over to you.
How do payments work?
Usually in three parts: at the start, after you approve the prototype on day 2, and at launch on day 7. The price is fixed in the proposal.
